Scope of application: high-rise and super-high-rise civil buildings.

 

1.4 Space grid structure system

Technical features: A spatial structure composed of rods and components arranged according to certain rules and connected by nodes, including grids, curved lattice shells, and three-dimensional trusses.

 

Technical requirements: The rods of the space grid structure can use circular (square, rectangular) cross-sections, the nodes can use plate nodes or ball nodes, the ball nodes can use bolt ball nodes or welded hollow ball nodes, and steel pipe intersecting nodes can also be used. . During analysis, the structural form and support node structure should be simplified into a reasonable structural calculation model. Its design, production, transportation, installation and acceptance should meet the provisions of "Steel Structure Design Standard" GB50017-2017, "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification" GB50205-2020, and "Technical Regulations for Spatial Grid Structure" JGJ7-2010.

 

Scope of application: large-span roofs (grids, lattice shells, suspension cables, arches), floor coverings (three-dimensional trusses, grids with a span of less than 40 meters).
