At present, common steel structure buildings include: single and multi-story factory buildings; multi- and high-rise civil buildings; super high-rise buildings; large-span roofs and floor public buildings, etc. The structural forms are grid, lattice shell, suspension, arch, and three-dimensional Mainly trusses.

1.1 Portal frame light steel structure system

Technical features: The load-bearing structure adopts a variable-section or equal-section solid web frame, and the enclosure system adopts a single-layer steel structure system with light steel roofs and light exterior walls. It consists of load-bearing frames, purlins, wall beams, supports, walls, roofs and thermal insulation Composed of core materials, it has the characteristics of simple force bearing, clear force transmission path, fast component production, convenient factory processing, and short construction period.

Scope of application: single-story houses, mainly single-story industrial plants.

1.2 Steel frame structure system

Technical features: A prefabricated steel structure system with shear resistance and bending resistance formed by connecting steel beams and steel columns at the construction site. It is a single lateral force-resistant structural system.

Technical requirements: Steel beams and steel columns are connected using rigid nodes or semi-rigid nodes. The nodes can use bolted connections, welded connections and bolted welding hybrid connections. Steel beams and steel columns are standardized in design. Its design, production, transportation, installation and acceptance should comply with the provisions of "Steel Structure Design Standards" GB 50017-2017, "Technical Specifications for Steel Structures of High-Rise Civil Buildings" JGJ99-2015, and "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specifications" GB50205-2020 .

Scope of application: multi-high-rise civil buildings.

1.3 Steel (concrete-filled steel tube) frame~concrete core tube structural system

Technical features: A high-rise steel structure building system composed of a steel (concrete-filled steel tube) frame and a concrete core tube. Among them, the concrete-filled steel tube frame is composed of concrete-filled steel tube columns and steel beams, and is a hybrid structural system.

Technical requirements: Its design, production, transportation, installation and acceptance should comply with the "Steel Structure Design Standard" GB50017-2017, "Technical Regulations for Steel Structures of High-Rise Civil Buildings" JGJ99-2015, and "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specifications" GB50205-2020 Provisions. The design, production, transportation, installation, and acceptance of the concrete-filled steel tube frame-concrete core tube system should still comply with the provisions of the "Technical Specifications for Concrete Structures of High-Rise Buildings" JGJ3-2010 and the "Design Specifications for Composite Structures" JGJ138-2016.

Scope of application: high-rise and super-high-rise civil buildings.

1.4 Space grid structure system

Technical features: A spatial structure composed of rods and components arranged according to certain rules and connected by nodes, including grids, curved lattice shells, and three-dimensional trusses.

Technical requirements: The rods of the space grid structure can use circular (square, rectangular) cross-sections, the nodes can use plate nodes or ball nodes, the ball nodes can use bolt ball nodes or welded hollow ball nodes, and steel pipe intersecting nodes can also be used. . During analysis, the structural form and support node structure should be simplified into a reasonable structural calculation model. Its design, production, transportation, installation and acceptance should meet the provisions of "Steel Structure Design Standard" GB50017-2017, "Steel Structure Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification" GB50205-2020, and "Technical Regulations for Spatial Grid Structure" JGJ7-2010.

Scope of application: large-span roofs (grids, lattice shells, suspension cables, arches), floor coverings (three-dimensional trusses, grids with a span of less than 40 meters).
